The house is located in the picturesque mountain village of Ulrichen and was built in 1962. The building contains three apartments and a sports shop (operating during winter).

Due to an extension on the south side, the apartments are open and very sunny. The apartment is located on the top floor and offers a cozy living atmosphere for you and your family. The entrance area opens up to the two rooms, the living room, and the kitchen.

There is a bathroom (shower with washing machine connection) and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a cellar. The balcony is located on the sunny south side of the apartment.

The foundation of the building has settled on one side, causing the rooms and walls to be no longer level. The cause is likely due to the unstable building ground on the south side of the building. No further investigations have been carried out.
